My idea is one of starting a communal eco-living and Learning Centre in a 10 acres piece of land that I own in Kenya. The land is on top of one of the most beautiful mountains in the world with classic views of 6 other adorable mountains, the historic Lambwe Valley, the Great Lake Victoria and the Ruma National Park, greatest bird views of all time, wonderful and welcoming people of Kenya and an excellent rural setting to just get in touch with nature.
