Eltham Ecovillage - dulaiwurrong vi

Eltham Ecovillage - dulaiwurrong vi

Eltham Ecovillage - dulaiwurrong village

The three themes we have created for Dulaiwurrong Village are
Respectfulness - we have consulted the Aboriginal Elders of the Wurrendjeri Tribe to basically find out "how we could honour them in our community". This has been a truly amazing process and has given the project a depth and relevance for revitalising this area with reference to the wisdom of the native people. We have also commissioned the creation of a land management plan to provide well thought out strategies to revitalise and take care of the neighbouring creekside reserve.
