Volunteering with GEN International
In the GEN International office in Findhorn, Scotland we are always happy to receive volunteers. We often need support in areas such as fundraising, IT, communications, administration, logistics, and assistance with the running of projects, workshops, and conferences. It may also be possible for you to work remotely, in areas such as translation and editing.
GEN also offers internships, this requires a longer-term commitment of minimum 5 months, preferably 6-12. We generally accept no more than 1-2 interns at a time.
All of our interns and volunteers find or provide their own funding for travel and living costs. For those who need financial support, we suggest checking with Erasmus+ European Voluntary Service (EVS) to see if you are eligible.
The office is based in the Findhorn Foundation Community. There are a number of opportunities for GEN interns and volunteers to engage with the community. This includes serving in departments, permaculture, cooking, dancing, singing, various courses, and networking with like-minded people who are passionate about living harmoniously with each other and the planet.
If you are interested in volunteering or interning in the GEN International office in Findhorn or working with us remotely, please fill out the following form with some initial information and we will be in touch with you via email.
